The Castle actor is the co-founder of  Kids Need to Read, a non-profit organization that provides books to children who do not have the necessary funds to purchase reading and writing material for themselves. The organization also provides books to underfunded libraries.

LIDÈ provides academic support and arts programs that empower girls who have been denied equal access to education and strengthen their resiliency.
