PCPCC,
in collaboration with IPFCC, hosted a webinar on Addressing Health Literacy
through Patient Family Engagement. A Patient Advisor who is working with their
organization on health literacy issues together with a practice
representative bringing the clinical perspective shared their story of efforts
and outcomes to improve health literacy and patient engagement. Attendees also
shared their experience and perspectives and asked engaging questions.
